Your first breakdown is stressful enough without also trying to work out what's actually wrong with the car or what a recovery service is even going to do. We won't assume you know what we're talking about, and we won't rush you off the phone. If you're not sure what's wrong with the car, that's fine – just tell us what happened and we'll take it from there.
