Recovery and vehicle movements for businesses

Downtime costs money. These pages set out how we work with fleets, dealerships, garages, taxi and private hire operators, couriers, leasing companies and insurers — including out-of-hours cover, keys and paperwork, and multi-vehicle moves.

How a trade account works

The things fleet and transport managers actually ask us before signing anything.

Account terms

Set up is a phone call. We agree who can authorise a job, what reference goes on each movement, and where vehicles are taken by default.

Invoicing

Trade accounts are invoiced monthly rather than paid at the roadside, with each job itemised by date, registration, collection and delivery point.

Priority response

Account vehicles are dispatched ahead of the general queue, 24/7, 365. A live dispatcher answers overnight, not a callback service.

Coverage

Birmingham, Oldbury, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Smethwick, Solihull and Sandwell as standard, with UK wide transport from the same base.

Multiple vehicles

Multi vehicle moves are planned as one job rather than repeated single trips, which cuts both cost and the number of times your yard is disturbed.

Keys, paperwork and access

We agree in advance who holds keys, what paperwork travels with the vehicle, and how out of hours site access is handled.

Non runners, accident damaged vehicles, vans up to 3.5t and defleet movements are all covered. Ask about storage if a vehicle needs holding before onward movement.

Set up a trade account

Tell us the vehicles you run and where they live. We'll agree how call-outs are logged, who authorises, and where vehicles go.
