Terms & Conditions
The terms on which we provide recovery, transport and roadside services.
These terms apply when you book a job with Recovery Birmingham 247. They are written in plain English so it is clear what you are agreeing to.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us at the time of booking — vehicle type, location, destination and any special requirements. If the situation on arrival is materially different (for example a loaded van that was described as empty), we may need to revise the price before we proceed.
Payment
Unless a business account has been agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the job. We accept card and bank transfer.
Cancellations
If you cancel after the truck has been dispatched, a call-out charge may apply to cover driver time and fuel.
Our responsibilities
We carry public liability and goods-in-transit insurance. We take reasonable care of every vehicle we recover and transport. Where pre-existing damage is present we will note it before loading where practical.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have authority to instruct us to move it. You agree to remove personal valuables from the vehicle before recovery wherever possible.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out, except where the law says otherwise (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence).
