Stuck is different from broken down. The engine may be fine, the vehicle simply cannot get itself out. Trying to drive out usually makes it worse, so stop, keep everyone out of the road and ring the dispatcher.
Our trucks carry winches, straps, recovery boards and skates. Most pull outs are done in minutes once the driver is on scene, and the vehicle is checked before it is handed back to you.
If the vehicle is damaged in the process of getting stuck, we can load it on the flatbed and take it to your garage instead. Same call, same flat price agreed first.

- I have kerbed the car and it is grounded, what now?
- Do not drive it off. A grounded car dropped on a kerb or driveway lip is lifted rather than dragged, which avoids sill and sump damage.
- Can you get a car out of a tight multi storey?
- Yes. Where a truck cannot get in we use skates to move the vehicle out to a loading point, then load it on the street.
