Checking for underneath damage
Being stuck in mud or on rough grass can sometimes mean the underside of the car — exhaust, sump guard, or bodywork — has made contact with the ground or hidden debris. Once we've got you out, it's worth a quick look underneath, and we're happy to flag anything obvious we notice while we're there.
Access considerations
Fields, verges and informal parking areas can be tricky for a recovery vehicle to reach safely itself. Letting us know the access route and any restrictions when you call helps us bring the right vehicle and plan the approach before we arrive.
